I took half our pets here and now I wonder if that half will all die one by one. 6 months ago our, then, smallest cat wasn’t feeling himself and so we took him to here like we did his canine sisters. We were assured that after some meds he’d be good but I could tell that the doctor wasn’t confident in what he was telling me. Quickly he declined further and when we took him to a emergency vet we were told it could’ve been spotted by any seasoned vet but by then it was too late. He was dead by the end of the night. My daughter’s best friend was dead. He helped potty train her and the puppies and he was dead. Since his death I have been contacted multiple times to bring in my other pets. Fat chance! I haven’t taken any of them to a vet since because I just don’t trust anyone around here anymore, especially AAH. Their place looks very nice but that’s where all your money goes. Not to training, not to hiring the right people.

When we picked up our pet we paid for a full service that wasn’t done. Claimed that our dog was being “aggressive” and that they were incapable of completing the service. Went in for a wash, dry and brush and came out with the service being mediocre at best. We called, being left on hold for more than five minutes had to call back for them to acknowledge the issue. Offered a refund but the issue is that we had to call not once but twice to get any information that they failed to deliver at pickup. We didn’t even get a refund but a credit. We have been bring our dog to this place for almost a year and never had issues until now. Grooming services with Leann is not the best and they fail to provide information in person, vet service is beyond amazing though.

Took my Frenchie in to establish care as well as get his annual checkup/shots. I was very pleased by the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. Despite having a few bumps while trying to book the first appointment and not getting a call back to do so, the practice manager made me feel confident in trusting them with my buddy. I was far from disappointed when the actual visit took place. I was very pleased with everyone who took care of him that day, including the groomer who did a fantastic job on his nails.

Loved this vet!!! It was my first time ever going to a vet and I'm glad it was this one. Everyone there was so kind despite me being late to my appointment, they took me and my dog Mimi in right away and were very patient with me dealing with the loss of my dog Mimi, the doctor was very kind enough to give me a discount on her cremation and not charge me for anything other than that. I loved this vet so much
